Rasa Riverside rests on the banks of the Kuppam River in Kannur, with paddy fields, hills and flowing water all around. It is one house, taken whole by one group, whether that’s a weekend away, a family gathering or a quiet workation. All the comfort of a resort, with the privacy of your own riverside home in Kannur.
Inside, the rooms are generous and the windows are wide, so the river is in almost every view. Outside there are sit-outs, a garden and an upper deck over the water: for coffee in the morning, long conversations under the stars, or simply watching the river drift by.

From October to May, Kannur’s village shrines come alive with theyyam, the ritual dance where a performer becomes a god for the night. Kerala’s oldest temples, the Madayipara plateau, hilltop viewpoints and Portuguese forts are all within an hour of the house.
