At Rasa Riverside, life slows down. Nestled on the serene banks of the Kuppam River, our home is a harmonious blend of nature and modern comfort, a place to pause, reflect and reconnect. A private riverside home in Kannur, with the comfort of a resort.

Every corner invites stillness and connection.

Spacious, thoughtfully furnished rooms open towards the river, where time drifts gently and your senses wake to birdsong, rustling palms and light dancing on the water.

Curl up with a book in a cosy nook, savour coffee as the morning light glimmers on the river, or share long meals and laughter with family and friends. Every detail, from the bedding to the décor, has been chosen to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Beyond the walls, the house flows into the landscape. Open sit-outs and quiet corners let you take in Kuppam’s riverside charm: gentle breezes, birdsong at dawn and the steady flow of the river. You leave refreshed, and carry the calm of the river long after.

Sofa-cum-beds in the common areas give extra sleeping space, so up to 10 adults can stay together. Tell us your group size and we will have them made up.
